What you buy

You buy a one-time pack of six AI-generated imagined family portraits, with no subscription. The price shown is the total you pay; no tax is added. Check the amount and currency before paying through Stripe.

Promotions follow their stated eligibility, expiry and redemption limits; refunds return only the amount paid.

Upload one photo of each adult or one together, plus an optional photo of your own pet. Both adults must be 18 or older and agree to this use. You must have permission to use every upload. Do not upload other people, real children, unlawful or sexual content, or use the service to harass, impersonate or deceive.

These are fictional AI portraits, not real events or predictions of a future family, appearance or genetic traits. You receive a personal licence to download, keep and share them. AI outputs may not be unique or qualify for copyright protection. Keep the embedded AI metadata when sharing and tell viewers the portraits are imagined.

Approval and delivery

Review the first portrait before we make the other five. You have up to two rerolls. If you leave an available first portrait without choosing, processing continues automatically after 24 hours from when it became ready; a replacement starts a new ready period. Delivery is on your order page; processing times are estimates. Download within seven days of delivery, subject to the 30-day limit and deletion rules in Privacy.

Refunds

We fix technical problems without another charge, and refund in full if we cannot deliver six usable portraits.

Technical problem with your portraits? Tell us within 7 days of delivery for an automatic refund. Other requests are answered by email.

Choose a reason on the order page. “Something else” requires a message and receives an email reply rather than an automatic refund. For undelivered orders, the form is available within seven days of payment. Email hello@imaginedfamily.com if the form is unavailable. Refund arrival depends on your payment provider.

Your statutory rights, including any applicable right to withdraw from a distance purchase, are not affected by this policy or its reporting window.

For free promotional orders, technical reports receive support review. When appropriate, we can issue a restricted, one-use replacement code. Fresh uploads may be required.

Availability and changes

Purchases are unavailable from the EU, the rest of the EEA and the UK. Do not bypass this restriction. Outages can interrupt delivery; our refund promise still applies.

Brazilian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory protections and consumer forum rights where you live. Changes apply to future purchases; the terms in force when you bought apply to your order.
